Founded in 1960 as CHA OB/GYN,
CHA Medical Group opened its Fertility Center in 1984,
leading the way in Korea’s then-nascent field of reproductive medicine.
1986: Korea's first successful IVF birth at a private hospital.
1988: World’s first birth through IVF of immature eggs (IVM-IVF).
1993: Asia’s first success in ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection).
1998: World’s first development of the vitrification method for egg freezing.
1999: Establishment of the world’s first egg bank.

In 2025, Asia’s largest fertility center, CHA Fertility Center Magok, officially opened its doors.
We are an AI-specialized global fertility center that integrates expertise accumulated since 1960 with cutting-edge artificial intelligence.
